Spelaya Yagodka provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to:

  • Post-construction cleaning

The specific services to be performed will be detailed in a service agreement or booking confirmation provided to you.

3. Booking and Scheduling

When you book our services, we will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time. However, all bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all bookings
  • Apply a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice
  • Reschedule your appointment in the event of emergency situations or unforeseen circumstances

4. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure is based on the type of service, size of the space, and condition of the property. By booking our services, you agree to:

  • Pay the agreed-upon price as stated in your booking confirmation
  • Additional charges may apply for services requested on-site that were not included in the original booking
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon
  • We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers
  • Applicable taxes will be added to all fees

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure we can provide our services efficiently and effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide clear access to the areas to be cleaned
  • Secure valuables and fragile items before our arrival
  • Inform us of any special care needs for surfaces or fixtures
  • Ensure pets are secured or removed from the cleaning area
  • Provide necessary utilities (water, electricity) for the cleaning service

6. Cleaning Expectations

While we strive to provide excellent service, please understand that:

  • We cannot guarantee the removal of all stains or marks, especially those that are set-in or permanent
  • We will not move heavy furniture or appliances unless specifically requested and agreed upon (additional fees may apply)
  • We will use reasonable efforts to clean all accessible areas
  • Certain cleaning tasks may require specialized services not included in standard cleaning packages

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with our services:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of service completion
  • We will return at no additional cost to address the areas of concern
  • Our satisfaction guarantee applies only to areas specified in your original booking

8. Liability and Insurance

Spelaya Yagodka maintains comprehensive insurance coverage. However:

  • We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions in your property
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
  • We are not responsible for normal wear and tear
  • Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we identify unsafe working conditions

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality:

  • We will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services
  • Our employees are trained to respect the confidentiality of your home or business
